Ramsey, who was reportedly burned to death in a night-club fire in Phenix City, Alabama in November of 1940 -- Family lore tells that Albert owned the night-club, possibly called "The Green Apple" with the man who set the club on fire, taking Alberts life. Albert was the first husband of Lottie Leola Batts.
